Linea's Dessert Diary

For now, I, Linea Hamid, am just a passionate baker tentatively stepping into the world of business. This is where I mention that my products are of the best quality you can imagine and I’m not just saying that to market my enterprise. The only reason I take orders is because they are an excellent excuse to bake- I like baking that much. I don’t do fondant work on cakes, just simple, elegant designs. My desserts are attractive and I always try to put a different spin on the way they look. So aside from their beauty and quality, taste is another thing I can guarantee with my heart. The items on my menu are all unique and unlike anything you’ve tasted anywhere else. There is no question of parsimony when it comes to the ingredients I use and every recipe has been tried, tested and improved several times. Moreover, cakes are available everywhere so I thought I would give the people of Dhaka a chance to taste some exceptional tarts and pies. It makes me ecstatic to see others enjoying my desserts and that’s the whole point of this venture- I’m trying to give you a culinary experience you’ll remember.
